ADEMUCIS articula 48 asociaciones municipales y corregimentales de mujeres campesinas, indígenas y negras del departamento de Santander. Estas organizaciones construyen procesos de defensa territorial, autonomía económica y soberanía alimentaria desde sus territorios.

ALBANIA

ARATOCA
El grupo de mujeres cafeteras de Aratoca, llamado ARAR, está conformado por 15 mujeres comprometidas con el desarrollo rural y productivo de su comunidad. Con el acompañamiento del Servicio de Extensión y del área de Desarrollo Social, han iniciado un proyecto de caficultura enfocado en el establecimiento de cultivos propios.
En esta primera fase, cada mujer recibió insumos para la siembra de 1.500 plantas de café, incluyendo 1.500 bolsas y 10 metros de polisombra, con el objetivo de montar sus propios almácigos. Esta iniciativa busca generar autonomía económica, fortalecer el trabajo en equipo y contribuir al crecimiento agrícola sostenible de la región.
ARATOCA (ASOMUPOVUL)
ASOMUPOVUL: Camino hacia el Empoderamiento y la Sostenibilidad
Asomupovul, fundada en 2011, es una asociación conformada por Mujeres Cabezas de Hogar que busca mejorar la calidad de vida de sus integrantes mediante proyectos innovadores y sostenibles. Su enfoque principal es el empoderamiento femenino a través de la generación de ingresos y el fortalecimiento de la autonomía económica.
Una de sus principales iniciativas es el Taller de Confecciones, donde las mujeres reciben formación en diseño, patronaje y confección. Este espacio les permite desarrollar habilidades técnicas y creativas, producir prendas artesanales y comercializarlas en mercados locales, generando ingresos para sus hogares.
Otra línea de trabajo destacada es la siembra y deshidratación de aromáticas y frutas, en la que las asociadas cultivan en huertas comunitarias y procesan productos naturales con técnicas que garantizan su calidad. Esta actividad promueve la sostenibilidad ambiental y abre oportunidades en el mercado de alimentos saludables.
Asomupovul no solo produce y comercializa, sino que también educa a la comunidad sobre el consumo responsable, demostrando que el trabajo colectivo puede generar cambios reales. A través de estas acciones, la asociación se consolida como un modelo de desarrollo integral y una inspiración para otras mujeres rurales.

Quiénes Somos
La Asociación de Mujeres Campesinas Potencia de la Vida del Municipio de Oiba (MUCAPVI) es una organización sin ánimo de lucro, conformada por mujeres campesinas emprendedoras. Nació el 23 de mayo de 2023 y fue registrada el 14 de junio de ese mismo año. Su propósito es empoderar a las mujeres rurales y promover el desarrollo integral de sus comunidades en aspectos sociales, económicos, ambientales y culturales.

Impulsar iniciativas que fomenten la autonomía, el crecimiento sostenible y la equidad de género, en beneficio de las asociadas, sus familias y la comunidad.
Visión
Ser un referente nacional en el fortalecimiento de la mujer rural, promoviendo su liderazgo y participación en el desarrollo económico y social del país.

LA PAZ Y LA CULTURA
AMURCAPPYC es una organización de mujeres campesinas del municipio de Rionegro, Santander, que trabaja por el empoderamiento femenino y el fortalecimiento del tejido social rural. Promueve la producción agroecológica, la cultura campesina y la construcción de paz desde un enfoque comunitario.
Lidera proyectos sostenibles como una biofábrica de abonos orgánicos, fomentando prácticas agrícolas responsables y seguridad alimentaria. También impulsa actividades deportivas y recreativas como espacios de bienestar y prevención de violencias en mujeres, jóvenes y niños.
Basada en la solidaridad, el arraigo campesino y la participación, AMURCAPPYC continúa construyendo esperanza y vida digna en su territorio.

SIMACOTA (ASOMUCASI)
En 2016, la Universidad Industrial de Santander, en convenio con la Gobernación y la Alcaldía de Simacota, realizó un diagnóstico sobre la situación de las políticas públicas de género en el departamento. Se identificó la necesidad de impulsar iniciativas para el bienestar de las mujeres campesinas del alto Simacota, especialmente a través del cultivo y transformación del cacao como herramienta de empoderamiento económico y prevención de la violencia intrafamiliar.
Este proceso llevó a que 25 mujeres rurales comenzaran un proceso de capacitación con el apoyo de la Gobernación y el SENA, recibiendo formación sobre asociatividad. Como resultado, el 9 de noviembre de 2017 se creó la Asociación de Mujeres Campesinas del Alto Simacota (ASOMUCASI), legalizada el 21 del mismo mes en la Cámara de Comercio de Bucaramanga.
SIMACOTA (ASOMECASIB)
Quiénes Somos
La Asociación de Mujeres Emprendedoras Campesinas y Comerciantes de Simacota Bajo (ASOMECASIB) surgió el 14 de marzo de 2017 y se legalizó ante la Cámara de Comercio el 9 de noviembre de 2022. Está conformada por mujeres víctimas del conflicto armado y el desplazamiento, en condición de vulnerabilidad, que buscan dignificar sus vidas y construir paz desde el territorio.
Misión y Enfoque
ASOMECASIB trabaja por la defensa de los derechos fundamentales de la mujer: la vida, la dignidad, el trabajo y la libertad de expresión. Promueve el empoderamiento femenino mediante la formación en liderazgo, proyectos productivos y participación social, con el objetivo de ser un ejemplo para sus familias y la sociedad.

Comercialización y Proyecciones
Sus productos se venden al por mayor y al detal a nivel local, regional y nacional, con proyecciones de transformación para agregar valor. Se busca establecer alianzas con instituciones públicas y privadas para garantizar el crecimiento económico, la autonomía femenina y la seguridad alimentaria.
Visión a Futuro
ASOMECASIB se enfrenta al desafío de fortalecer el rol de la mujer campesina en la defensa del derecho a permanecer en el campo con una vida digna, trabajando por una sociedad más justa, resiliente y con oportunidades para las familias víctimas del conflicto armado.
